Mike Bogias is the founder of Blueline Consulting, a company dedicated to providing practical solutions to large-scale project challenges. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mike has developed expertise in material supply and manufacture, public facilities rehabilitation, private sector commercial developments, and multi-residential construction.
In the last decade, Mike was immersed in a major transit infrastructure program to enhance the busiest rail transportation hub in North America. As a well-practiced planning and delivery leader, he retains valuable insights and knowledge of downtown Toronto’s rail transportation corridor and has cultivated a broad stakeholder network built on trust and mutual respect.
Mike has been a driving force behind some of the most significant transit initiatives in Canada including; the $2.4B (CAD) business case build-up for Union Station Rail Corridor, delivery of the switch machine re-signaling program, advisory role for Ontario’s high speed rail initiative, strategic delivery plan leader for the Ontario Line portal and tunnel in USRC, and Deputy Project Director for the first ever Canadian Alliance construction contract proposal.
With a balanced science and arts education in Architecture-Construction Engineering Technology and Bachelor's degree in History, he possesses a unique and solid foundation for his business vision and philosophy. Mike is a strong leader that cares deeply about people and his community, a champion viewpoint facilitator, and a nurturer of technical and commercial discussions that drive best-for-client outcomes.
